Now that the snow is almost gone and you are finally able to open those windows for some fresh, if brisk, air it is time to consider the annual spring clean!

Furniture / Blind /Wall cleaners – Use a general all purpose cleaner by mixing Thieves household cleaner in 2-3 cups water, adding to spray bottle then spying the surface liberally before wiping down.
Carpet spots can be a real pain to lift, try using 1 cap full thieves household cleaner with 6 cups of water. Spray the spot with the solution then blot with a clean white cloth, repeat as needed.
Got wooden floors? Add 10 drops pine essential oil and 1 capful thieves household cleaner to 1 cup of olive oil. Apply evenly to floors with a damp (not wet) mop.

Clean your glass and mirrors by adding 5 drops lemon essential oil, 1 capful thieves household cleaner, 3 cups water and 1 teaspoon white vinegar. Spray surface liberally and wipe down with lint-free cloth.
Soak the coffee pot / clean the kettle out – use the all purpose cleaner by mixing Thieves household cleaner in 2-3 cups water, scrub then let it stand for 5 mins before rinsing out and do a boiling cycle to make sure the dirt lifts fully off.
Clean refrigerator and wipe down all appliances by using your all purpose cleaner. Head to the bathroom and make use of these 8 Natural Bathroom Cleaning Hacks. Remember to also clean the tub and scrub those shower tiles! (all the more reason to print my checklist hey!) Use your general cleaning solution on all the pet items too! There is a list on the checklist just for pets. Got some EXTRA grimy surfaces? Bring out the heavy duty cleaning scrub by mixing thieves household cleaner to baking soda until it makes a nice paste. Apply with clean cloth or sponge and scrub surface thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes before rinsing clean.
