Raw Cashew Nut Cheese Recipe
- 3cups cashews
- 2cups water
- 1 tablespoon nutri yeast
- 1/8 small red onion
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan rock salt
Blend all until smooth, and bottle in some glass jars. Remember to leave some room for expansion!
We left the “cheese” in the fridge overnight for the nutri yeast to do its thing and enjoyed it on some homemade pizza 2 days later!
