This weeks Fine Motor Friday is a rather quick one that involves various shapes and some clear plastic cups!
Can you guess what comes next?
You got it! sorting the shapes into the cups!
This can be done on either shapes or on color.
To make this activity
Download the template for shapes and print it onto color card stock and cut. (or you can just buy some shapes from amazon)
Then set up on a flat surface to sort into the cups!
This is great not only for sorting but picking up all these shapes to examine them is a fine motor skill!
(optional: decorate your shapes!) hehe
Don’t forget you can also pour the shapes from one cup to another!
Name the shapes as well as you sort them.
