Is it getting a bit chilly there by you? I have a few lovely things you can make to keep you warm this winter!
1. Make a No Sew Blanket!

2. The Wonderful Hot Chocolate
There is nothing like a cup of hot chocolate to me! I make mine every simply with half a teaspoon of raw cocoa and 2 teaspoons of panela (its cane sugar and has a hint of molasse) then hot water and a dash of milk. Super simple! I also love the look of these hot chocolate recipes!
3. Get Spicy
Spices in drinks such a chai tea or adding extra to your food with either black pepper and turmeric will warm your body up.
4. Make your own Mittens
Upcycling stuff is a rewarding feeling! Make yourself a pair a warm mittens from an old sweater. I also like this pattern to make the fingers flip open.
5. DIY Leg Warmers
Now that you cut up that old sweater for some mittens how about some leg warmers? See how to make DIY leg warmers.

Great ideas! I don’t know how to make mittens, could probably manage a cap. But I like the add spice to a drink or food, and the soup. yum!

Those hand warmers sound like a great idea when we have to stand outside to wait for the bus! Definitely keeping all these in mind. In New England we can always use ideas for keeping warm!
