Welcome to my FIRST goal planning post for 2014! I am so excited that you popped in to read and I really hope that you will leave a comment below with some of your goals for this new month!
Last week I wrote about 5 ways to a better you this new year and it has got me thinking. In January 2013 I started the photo a day challenge which sadly lasted a total of about 7 pictures. This year I am backing off a bit into one picture a week. I could totally do that! Every month I will share with you in my goals post those 4 pictures.
I have great “action taking” goals for 2014, my aim though is to take it slow and steady, focus on the now in my path way up the mountain.
Here is my little bullet point break down.
- Take January simply with the kids. I am taking part in NurtureStore’s special month of simple play-based learning.
- Start my ebook. Phase one – Planning & contents.
- Take my one photo a week of something that is awesome and inspiring or just so simple that it makes me stop and think. I am hoping this practice will also make me a better photographer!

I’m striving for more simplicity, happiness, and organization. Now, I’m off to fix black-eyed peas for all the good luck that’s coming my way….
