This Easter craft is great if you’re strapped for cash and want something arty to do with your toddler.
It’s amazing what you can do with random stuff in your house and garden. We chose, literally, a bunch of random craft supplies or sensory supplies. My daughter had so much fun that she just kept playing and creating!
A Creative Easter Egg Craft: Sand Art
Today’s Easter craft was a ton of fun.
My toddlers sat on their bums for a full 25 minutes, which is pretty uncommon.
We decorated pics of an Easter egg with different gluable things:
grass
flowers
oats
glitter
foil
sand
Finding these was almost as fun as sticking them on! It made for a fun, creative autumn activity.
If you’re looking for crafty ideas to do with your toddler, with non-expensive stuff lying around the house, try this out, it’s a hit! I also love that it is so versatile. There is no ‘RIGHT’ way to create these eggs. So you can sit back and watch your little ones create while they enjoy digging deep into their creative center!
