Thanksgiving is a delicious holiday, but it can be a bit tedious for children. Parents have a lot of responsibilities to prepare for guests and dinner. That means, unless children want to help for hours, it’s a day that children might need something extra fun to keep them excited about the holiday and entertained at the same time! That is where these Thanksgiving Boredom Busters come in.
Thanksgiving Boredom Busters
Boredom busters are a great way to help keep children entertained while giving them constructive topics to think about. These cards can also help children learn about their family and friends with laughter and fun!
This Thanksgiving set has 3 pages full of Thanksgiving themed questions and statements. Each page includes 9 different cards that can be cut apart. So that means there are 27 different topics that can be used to help cure boredom! PLUS we’ve included a page of blank cards, too.
While waiting for family to arrive, or the Thanksgiving meal to be served, you can pull out these Thanksgiving Boredom Busters. These will help children learn more about the people you love, share a few laughs and bond together while making special memories!
Here are some examples of the cards that are included:
Do you prefer apple or pumpkin pie?
What is your favorite Thanksgiving memory?
Why are you thankful for the person on your left?
As you can see from the examples, this can also be used during dinner with all guests. Children and adults alike will enjoy communicating and laughing with all those around the Thanksgiving table!

How To Use
Using these cards is incredibly simple. To prep them, print them out. Next, cut each one of the cards to separate it from the others.
When you’re ready to start using them, you can turn them upside down in a pile and each person can pick. Alternatively, you could pass them out at random to each person at the table.
Everyone takes turns reading their card and then everyone can answer each question.
