French toast is one of my favorite breakfasts!
Today I would like to share a few simple instructions for making french toast along with the pics!
To make french toast, You will need:
- 6 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Milk
- Spices such as parsley, garlic, paprika, Italian combo (basically your choice)
- 6/8 slices of Bread
Mix up the eggs, milk and spices in a flattish dish that will allow you to soak your bread in as well. Add 2 slices to soak up the mix then flip over with a spatula or fork to do the other side. This is also trail and error for how much you want it to soak up vs how dense you want the french toast to turn out.
Fry up your raw french toast slices in a pan with some oil on a low to medium heat. Flip it over to cook the other side and put your next slice in the egg mix to soak up so that it is ready when the first batch of french bread is done.
Mostly I like to eat the french toast as is while I fry up the other slices….
but it is very nice with avocado /salt and pepper combo as well as cream cheese / tomato and onion on.
