I received a complementary personalized children’s book and personalized placemat from I See Me to facilitate this review. All views are my own and I tell it like I see it.
Today I am so excited to share with you personalized books for kids!
If you are looking for personalized gifts for your kids I highly recommend these books and other lovely items from I See Me.
The official description on The Very Important Preschooler:
Celebrate your favorite little preschooler with this adorable new personalized storybook, The Very Important Preschooler (V.I.P.)! Your child will learn that being a “V.I.P.” means making new friends at preschool, sharing, helping out, cleaning up, learning new things and more.
The Very Important Preschooler is filled with lots of great messages for your little preschooler and is personalized throughout the story and on the cover with his or her name! Written by Jennifer Dewing, Illustrated by Jill McDonald.
My first impression was that it’s a bit of a small book, I don’t know why I thought it would be a big book, but once my preschooler had it in hand, it was the perfect size for him. It fits nicely on his lap so he can page it himself. Perfect.
Personalized books for kids is great idea for personalized gifts!
The book comes with many personalized areas from the front dedication to my little boys name on the banners throughout the book, on a backpack and the story written in a way to include his name in the story line.
The drawings themselves are very nice and I was impressed with the level of detail in the pages. My preschooler was constantly pointing out little things like a dinosaur, a paint brush, a fish tank, a train and many many more.
I especially love that the story tells of my child (since its personalized) drawing, painting, sticking and then cleaning up. All things he is currently doing in his day.
The book is centered on attending an actual preschool class room with a teacher, so if you homeschool it might get a bit confusing when teachers are mentioned. I explained that I (Mom) was the teacher.
We also received a placemat for our review which I had personalized for my 1 year old. I do so love butterfly’s! I plan to use the placemat as a base for our playdough play as well as for dinner time 🙂 So if you follow my blog you will be seeing a lot more of this mat! It is a great personalized gift!
The I See Me website has so many personalized gifts to offer.
