Bean bag fun is so simple and perfect for kids this age. I did toss the bags and Harvey gave them back to me all on his own so that I would throw them more.
They are the perfect size and weight for tossing without anyone getting hurt.
Materials:
- 4 Bean Bags
- Basket
How to make a DIY Bean Bag:
Materials:
- Beans / Lentils / Popcorn
- Felt
- Hot glue gun
Cut to size 2 sheets of felt. Hot glue 3 sides closed with a seam allowance so that your fingers do not touch the hot glue. Stuff the pocket with your choice of material and hot glue the remaining seam closed. Trim excess felt if needed on the edges.
The aim of this game is for Mom to toss the bean bag into the basket and for the child to retrieve it.
You can also mix it up and take turns throwing the bean bags into the basket.
