A Fun Paper Garden Craft For Kids
The supply list is fairly simple, which is always a plus.
gardening seed catalog (most companies will send you one for free)
scissors
white paper
glue
crayons
Begin by combing through the magazine and deciding which plants you want to add to your garden. Talk about the plants, talk about the care, the colors, the size, etc.
When you find plants you like, use your scissors to snip the picture out. Place all pictures in a pile.

Once you are done, gather your clippings and decide how you want to plan your garden. You can arrange the pictures on paper to get an idea before you glue them down. Move them around, see how they fit, and decide which ones are your favorite.
Apply some glue to the back of the clippings and start gluing them to your paper. Press and hold until secure.
You can now use crayons or colored pencils to add fencing, a trellis, or other garden decor you wish to add.
