Learning all about numbers is an important part of a child’s math education. Without learning the basic numbers kids will not be able to explore math. Even though this is a critical skill, there is no reason why the learning can’t be fun. These All About Numbers printables have a huge variety of different activities to help kids learn all about the numbers 1-10.

There are a variety of parts of learning numbers that is important for kids. This includes number sense, 1:1 correspondence, number recognition, number formation, simple addition, number words and more.
There are different activities for each of the numbers 1-10.

For instance, on this number 4 printable, there are dot to dot and color. Kids will learn formation with this dot to dot of the number four. This printable asks children to trace the road that makes the four. This will also help with the formation and recognition of the 4. Then there are five octopus drawings, asking children to color just four of them. There is also space for children to draw four fish.

As you can see, the 7 worksheet helps with formation and recognition too. There is a pool of different numbers in different fonts and colors. Children will need to pick out the number 7s and then circle them. There is a simple color the number. There is a space for children to write the number 7 over and over. Finally, there is a space to draw 7 bows on the tail of a kite.

You will see some similarities between the sheets, but you will also see new activities on each page. The ten also has a trace the number and trace the number word but it has different ones too. Children will work through a maze to reach the 10 fingers. They will also fill in the missing number.
